Hi,
brand new Tensorbook connected to Gisssmo USB-C dock. Two Acer 27" monitors connected to HDMI on the dock.
I can see all 3 monitors in the Ubuntu Settings Display menu. They are all active as far as settings is concerned. However when I move the mouse it only goes to screen 2. The mouse will go off screen 2 towards screen 3, but it never shows up there. If I swap the HDMI ports the monitors are attached to, the problem repeats, but on the other monitor. Both monitors always act as if they are getting input to their HDMI inputs. I bought brand new cables. I tried different HDMI inputs on the monitors (they both have 2 inputs). Nothing seems to work.
I know the dock works properly as I have a Thinkpad running Ubuntu 22 without any issues, plus a Windows machine that works fine, and even an Ubuntu VM running on the Windows host that works fine.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
