Im trying to test out the “gpu_1x_h100_pcie” but booting takes really long time until finally status change to “alert”. Is there something wrong with it?

Same issue, waiting >60 min for instance to boot and cannot submit a support ticket.
Hello @demajh , you can click on ‘Get Support’ from the instance that is having issue - it should automatically create a ticket for you. See below photo for reference.
Also, if an instance takes longer than 20 minutes to boot, please terminate it and start a new one.
You will not be billed for the previous instance as it did not go into the ‘Running’ state.
