I’m trying to connect a second display to my tensorbook. So far I cannot get it to even detect any connected second display exists.
Any end-to-end guide that covers monitors, input types, etc.?
Below are details on laptop and the two monitors I’ve tried, plus steps I tried to get the laptop to detect each monitor.

graphics: Intel® HD Graphics (Coffeelake 3x8 GT2) (from Settings/About)

- connected monitor DVI => MiniDisplay Port on laptop (tried both)
- open Settings/Devices/Displays

- launch some app to configure second display

STEPS:
