Unable to SSH into my instance

Unable to SSH into my instance currently. The instance status says ‘Alert’. I’ve tried refreshing it to no avail. Has anyone faced this issue previously? Any help would be appreciated

Same issue. I tried to launch a new instance, the status went from ‘Booting’ to ‘Alert’. Not sure what to do. I tried to restart the instance, and to delete / relaunch it but it does not work.

The Cloud engineers are aware of the problem and are actively working on it.
