For several times now I’ve experienced unlocking my account after startup and not being able to use the trackpad and keyboard. So the keyboard works for typing until I unlock my account, afterwards it is useless.
I have a bluetooth mouse connected so I’m able to use that to turn off my computer using the menu at the top. But otherwise I would have to do a hard reset.
Is there anyone else who is experiencing or has experienced the same issue? And if you did, did you find a permanent fix for it?
Right now I simply restart the laptop whenever it happens, but I’m worried that there might be worse problems in the future.
