NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running

Ive run

sudo apt-get update. 
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends nvidia-384 libcuda1-384 nvidia-opencl-icd-384
sudo reboot

based on issue 148 to no avail and I additionally tried updating the whole lambda stack to no avail

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade && sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo reboot

Any help would be appreciated, but effectively I can’t find the GPUs :frowning:
