Hello. I’m trying to rent a Windows machine with a powerful GPU (RTX 4090 or similar) to install and run Aiarty Video Enhancer — a Windows-based AI video upscaler that requires GUI and GPU acceleration.
Is it possible?
If yes, guide me to the correct way to find and rent one (preferably with Parsec pre-installed)?

Our instances only have Ubuntu 22/24 as the base OS, we do not offer any Windows machine in our services.
