I’ve recently inserted a 4TB hard drive into the insertion slots in my Quad machine under the GPUs, but the hard drive does not pop up when turned on as if it is not correctly plugged in. Is there anything I need to do to add a hard drive other than adding it to the insertion slot?

Can you please check if the cables to the insertion slot (storage cage) are all connected. It could be a Molex cable or a SATA data cable. If that is not connected or not present, please get one and once that is connected, your hard drive should be visible. Thanks.
