My tensorbook (purchased in 2022) fan was running all the time and making loud noises. I tried this approach and it didnt solve it. Eventually, I ended up reinstalling the OS. Now my laptop screen wont turn on after I close and open the lid. However, I can use the HDMI to view the contents. I checked to see my drivers and I got only Nvidia driver.
- Is this normal? if not, what should I do?
- The fan issue is still there…are they related?
