TF CUDA and GPU unavailable

Hello,

I believe the Lambda stack should be installed correctly, but when I go to python3, import tensorflow, and run tf.test.is_built_with_cuda() and tf.test.is_gpu_available(), both return False. Any ideas or suggestions?

Figured it out. Just updated the stack.
